Poodles (Standards, Toys, & Miniatures)

The Poodle is amongst one of the brightest and easiest to train. They are alert, responsive, playful, lively, sensitive, and eager to please. Because of their well above average intelligence, they need a lot of interaction with people. They need both mental and physical exercise. Exercise needs can be met with short outside walks and indoor games for our toys and Mini’s, but we do recommend a large, fenced yard or longer walks for our Standards. A poodle’s grooming needs starts with brushing every other day or so and continues with haircuts every 6-10 weeks. We expect our toys to weigh between 8-12lbs Our mini’s 15-25lbs and standards 30-90 depending on lines.
